Easy! Once you've placed your order, you should receive a confirmation email right away, followed by a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days. In your shipping confirmation email, you'll find the tracking number for your order.
Yes! When you subscribe to a product, you're given an option of having it delivered every 1 month or every 2 month.
If you have chosen the 1 delivery every month option, you will be billed each month on the same day as you purchased your subscription initially.
Example: If you purchased your subscription on august 25th, you will be billed each month on the 25th.

Once you receive tracking information for your order, we can not change your shipping address. If you realize an error in your address immediately after you make your purchase, we can not guarantee an address change but we will do our best to reroute your delivery.

Once you’ve contacted Damiva customer service and confirmed a refund, you should expect to view the refund on your credit card statement in 10-12 business days.
If you receive a damaged product in the mail from damiva.com or damiva.ca, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide next steps to make sure you receive a replacement or a refund.
