Where are your products made?

Damiva products are made in the USA.

Why is my product solid?

Our products are made with no chemicals! This means that there are no dangerous stabilizers in our products to make sure that their consistency remains the same in extreme temperature change. If you keep your product somewhere cold, or if your product was left somewhere cold in the recent past, your product will harden as a result of the temperature. For it to return to its intended consistency, please store your product between 68 and 77 degrees fahrenheit (20 to 25 degrees celsius).

Do your products expire?

Damiva products are entirely natural with no preservatives. Expiration dates can be found on the packaging along with the lot #. If you have any further questions about your product’s expiry, reach out to us at hello@mydamiva.com, we’d be happy to help!

Can I use your products while pregnant?

All of our 100% natural products are safe to use during pregnancy, except our CBD products should not be used while pregnant.

Can I use more than 1 discount on a single order?

Each purchase is limited to 1 discount. For further savings, check out our Smart Sets & subscription products! You can also receive free shipping when you spend $99 or more.

How can I check the status of my order?

Easy! Once you’ve confirmed your order, you should receive a confirmation email right away as well as a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days. In your shipping confirmation email, you’ll find the tracking number for your order.

Why can’t my order ship to my country?

If you’re living in Canada or the United States and you’re having trouble placing an order, please confirm that you’re on the correct website.

Damiva.ca is our Canadian website.

Damiva.com is our American website.

Subscriptions

Can I pick how often I receive my subscription product?

Yes! When you subscribe to a product, you’re given an option of having it delivered every 1 month or every 2 months.

When should I expect to receive my subscription?

Once you’ve purchased your subscription, your first delivery will ship right away.  After this, your subscription will be shipped out on the same day that you chose and with the same frequency of every 1 or 2 months.

How often will I be billed for my subscription? When will the billing occur?

If you have chosen the 1 delivery every month option, you will be billed each month on the same day as you purchased your subscription initially. 

Example: If you purchased your subscription on august 25th, you will be billed each month on the 25th. 

Will my subscription cost the same every month?

Yes.

How do I update my shipping address?

Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you will receive an email to help you sign up for an account on damiva.com. Once you’ve created your account, you will see an option to manage your subscription. You can change your shipping address here. 

How do I update my payment information?

Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you will receive an email to help you sign up for an account on damiva.com. Once you’ve created your account, you will see an option to manage your subscription. You can change your payment information here.

Can I add a product to my subscription?

Yes! Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you will receive an email to help you sign up for an account on damiva.com. In your account, you will see an option to manage your subscription. You can add an additional unit of the product you’re already receiving as well as other products here.

How do I cancel?

In your account, you will see an option to manage your subscription. You can cancel your subscription here.

If I cancel my subscription, can I reactivate it? 

Yes! In your damiva account you will see under subscriptions your subscription history. Here you will see an option to re-activate your subscription. 

Shipping & Billing

Where does Damiva ship too?

Damiva.com currently ships to the United States. Damiva.ca currently ships to Canada.

It says my order has been delivered and I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Can I edit my shipping address?

Once you receive tracking information for your order, we can not change your shipping address. If you realize an error in your address immediately after you make your purchase. We can not guarantee an address change but we will do our best to reroute your delivery.

What types of payment do you accept?

Damiva accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Is my credit card information safe?

Yes, all credit card information used on damiva.com is safe and secure.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns. If you’d like to return a product, please begin by reaching out to hello@damiva.com.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once you’ve contacted Damiva customer service and confirmed a refund, you should expect to view the refund on your credit card statement in 10-12 business days.

Will you cover the cost of my return?

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you receive a damaged product in the mail from damiva.com or damiva.ca, please reach out to us at hello@damiva.com and we will provide next steps to make sure you receive a replacement or a refund.
